3. Click the "Export Followers" button or the "Export Following" button
4. The IGExport will be opened automatically

The public email of IG users is obtained, but not all users have set their own emails, so some users may not have email data. You can be patient and extract more users, and you can get all the users who have set up email.

1. Are you using any VPN or Proxy? If so, try disabling it and then attempt to use the extension again.

2. Sign out of instagram.com and then sign in again before attempting to export using the extension.

3. If you are trying to export content from a private Instagram account, ensure that you are following the account.
